Please make sure you have read all information on the product before placing your order.

It’s ok to change your mind. Please notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order if you would like to return it. If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once you have started making your kit I am unable to accept it as a return unless it is faulty.

Please note that Sarah Elizabeth Stitches is not responsible for the cost to return an item. The customer is responsibility for returning the product. I highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when sending back for peace of mind. Refunds will be given on the price of the sold item only – postage and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will only be made when the item has been accepted, checked and seen to be in original condition.

I aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to me. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 days of return. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.

All refunds are made using the same payment method used on the original transaction.

This returns policy is in addition to and not instead of your statutory rights.

Please note that due to their nature, cross stitch PDF patterns are excluded from this returns policy.

Cancellations

If you made a mistake & ordered something in error, you can cancel your order. To cancel an order, you will need to contact me as soon as possible after you have placed your order but before your order has been marked as shipped.

Items not eligible for returns/refunds

Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Sarah Elizabeth Stitches cannot accept returns for:

• Cross Stitch PDF Patterns
• Custom or Personalised items
