Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 3-5 working days. Currently items are sent twice weekly. (Wednesday & Fridays) This arrangement is subject to change.

Postage Costs

Standard postage for UK orders is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. I package all of your items in the most appropriate mailing box. I use Royal Mail’s classifications for determining your postage charges. These are Large Letter & Small Parcel. The postage cost is determined by the size & weight of your order. The cost you pay is for postage & packaging.

Currently, postage costs for the UK are:

• Standard Shipping – from £3.00
• Orders over £40 – Free

For international orders, please head over to my Etsy Store. This is because there are additional customs charges & taxes now being applied elsewhere & Etsy makes it easy to collect these charges & taxes.

Shipping Times

UK orders, once posted, should be with you within 2-4 working days of shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it is within the Royal Mail systems and any delays resulting in delivery disruptions are out of my control. If your item does not arrive within 10 working days from the date you are advised it has shipped, please get in touch & I will make enquiries with Royal Mail.
